These terms of use govern the use of MetaDevProfile, a SaaS platform developed by SENSOTED for healthcare professionals.
Acceptance of Terms
By using MetaDevProfile, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms of use.
These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and SENSOTED.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use MetaDevProfile.

Service Description
MetaDevProfile is a SaaS platform designed for healthcare professionals for managing evaluations and patient files.

Service availability:
We strive to maintain the service available 24/7, but do not guarantee 100% availability.
Eligibility Requirements
Minimum age: You must be of legal age to use MetaDevProfile.
Professional status: You must have a valid business registration.
Individual license: One license per user account.
Exclusive use: The account must serve only the interest of the account holder.
Prohibition: An account cannot be shared between multiple practitioners.
Subscription Plans
Free Plan:
Limited features, no commitment.
Pro Plan:
€49.99/month - Full access to features. (No commitment)
Annual Plan:
Preferential rate with annual commitment.
Payment:
Payment processing via RevenueCat, connected to Stripe/Apple/Google.
Renewal:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly subscription:
No commitment, cancellable at any time.
Annual subscription:
15-day right of withdrawal.
Cancellation procedure:
Contact us at legal@metadevprofile.com or use your personal space.
Effective date:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
User Obligations
By using MetaDevProfile, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information • Respect patient data confidentiality • Use the service in accordance with applicable laws • Not share your account with third parties • Regularly backup your data • Report any security incidents
It is prohibited to:
• Use the service for illegal purposes • Attempt to access other users' data • Perform reverse engineering • Overload servers • Violate intellectual property rights
Data Responsibility
User responsibility:
You are responsible for the quality, legality and confidentiality of the data you store on MetaDevProfile.
Data security:
We encrypt all data. Sensitive information is encrypted with AES-256-CBC.
Backup:
While we perform regular backups, we recommend keeping your own backup copies.
Intellectual Property
MetaDevProfile service:
SENSOTED owns all intellectual property rights to MetaDevProfile.
Usage license:
We grant you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use MetaDevProfile.
Your data:
You retain all rights to the data you create and store on MetaDevProfile.
Trademark:
MetaDevProfile is a registered trademark of SENSOTED.
Limitation of Liability
Within the limits authorized by law:
• SENSOTED cannot be held responsible for indirect damages • Liability is limited to the subscription amount • No guarantee on continuous service availability • Exclusion of liability for user data
Force majeure:
SENSOTED cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure.
Service Modifications
SENSOTED reserves the right to:
• Modify MetaDevProfile features • Temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance • Update terms of use • Adjust prices with notice
Notification:
You will be informed of important changes by email or notification in the application.
Termination
Termination by user:
You can terminate your account at any time according to the terms described in the cancellation policy.
Termination by SENSOTED:
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of terms of use.
Data after termination:
Your data will be deleted 30 days after termination, unless otherwise required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
Competent jurisdiction:
Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aix-en-Provence.
Consumer rights:
This clause does not affect consumer rights.
Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, we encourage an amicable resolution.

Severability
